At Hearten Company, our baked goods are handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to quality. We believe in transparency and want every customer to know exactly what’s in our products and how they are made.

Because we bake in a shared kitchen environment, it is important that you review the following information before placing your order.

1. Common Allergens Present

Our pastries and fillings are made with ingredients that contain or may come into contact with the following allergens:

• Wheat (gluten)

• Milk and dairy products

• Eggs

• Soy

• Tree nuts, including but not limited to: pecans, pistachios, almonds, peanuts and hazelnuts

We take precautions to reduce cross-contact, but we cannot guarantee that any product is free from trace amounts of these allergens.

2. Ingredients Used in Core Products

All of our Forget-Me-Knots and seasonal pastries are made using high-quality, natural ingredients you can pronounce.

Typical base ingredients include:

• Enriched flour (wheat)

• Butter

• Milk

• Eggs

• Brown sugar, granulated sugar

• Yeast

• Cinnamon, sea salt, and other natural spices

• Optional fillings, glazes, or toppings (which may contain chocolate, nuts, coffee, or extracts)

3. Food Handling & Kitchen Practices

• All items are produced in a shared commercial kitchen that may also process peanuts, soy, and other allergens.

• We sanitize work surfaces and utensils between batches to minimize cross-contact, but complete separation is not possible.

• We do not currently offer certified allergen-free or gluten-free products.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers with severe allergies or dietary restrictions should carefully review this disclosure and individual product descriptions before ordering.
