At Hearten Company, our pastries are handcrafted fresh for each order and delivered with care to ensure quality and freshness. Because we bake and deliver on a limited schedule, our delivery policies are designed to keep your experience smooth and reliable.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently provide local delivery only within select areas of California’s Central Valley.

**Fresno & Clovis** — Thursdays, 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

**Madera** — Thursdays, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

**Merced** — Fridays, 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Deliveries outside these cities may be arranged for catering or special events upon request.

2. Delivery Fees

  • Flat Rate Delivery: $5.00 for Home & Gift orders.

  • Office, Catering, and Wholesale deliveries are priced per agreement and may be exempt from this fee.

  • There is no additional shipping charge for local deliveries within our service area.

3. Order Deadlines

Orders must be placed by Wednesday at 12:00 PM (noon) for inclusion in that week’s delivery schedule.

Orders placed after this cutoff will automatically roll to the next available route day.

4. Delivery Process

  • All deliveries are made by Hearten Company staff or trusted team members.

  • Deliveries are typically contactless unless otherwise requested.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during the stated delivery window.

  • If no one is available, your order will be left in a shaded, safe area at the delivery address. Once delivered, Hearten Company is not responsible for product quality or freshness after drop-off.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address when ordering.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order cannot be delivered, no refund will be issued.

  • If an error occurs on our end, we will remake and redeliver the order at no charge.

6. Catering & Special Event Deliveries

Catering and event orders may be scheduled for alternate days or times based on availability.

All catering delivery arrangements will be confirmed individually through invoice and email correspondence.

7. Pickup Options

At this time, Hearten Company does not offer public pickup hours.

8. Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is accepted.

For delivery updates or delays (e.g., traffic or weather), we will notify you via email or text using the contact information you provided at checkout.
